To participate in the event before :

• L120, M70, E50, S30, C15 and Wedding Race - everyone from 18 years and older;
• Raccoon 3K - children from 11 to 15 years old (the presence of parents is optional);
• SUN FUN RUN - children from 0 to 10 years old, alone or accompanied by a parent or responsible for the child (legal representative).

The age of the participant is determined by the date of the event - September 28 - 29, 2024.

Electronic registration of participants is carried out on the website www.goldenultra.ru with

12:00 on October 13, 2023 to 12:00 on September 01, 2024.

The amount of the registration fee is:

• M70 – 6500 rub.

Re-registration

Re-registration and distance change are made before 12:00 on September 01, 2024 in the participant's personal account on a paid basis. The cost is 500 rubles.

When changing the distance to the Expo Event (September 27-28, 2024), the cost will be 700 rubles.

Elite Qualification

To qualify for the elite category, the participant needs:

• Register in your personal account on the website goldenultra.ru ;
• Upload the supporting documents corresponding to the qualifications (the results of the competitions held after January 1, 2022 are taken into account)

Qualification requirements:

• PI is at least 700 for men and 575 for women, according to the ITRA index;
• Prize-winners and top 5 major Russian and international running competitions;
• The absolute winners of all RHR starts.

The absolute winners of the "White Bride"Ultra "Gelendzhik" event in the period 2022-2023 and the elite category of athletes with a minimum PI of 700 for men and 575 for women, in accordance with the ITRA index, are given a 100% discount. To do this, you need to:

• Register in your personal account on the website goldenultra.ru ;
• Upload the supporting documents corresponding to the qualifications.

The participant's starter pack includes:

• start number with timing chip;
• sticker for storage locker;
• gifts from the organizing committee and partners of the event.

Conditions for receiving a starter pack

When receiving a starter pack, a participant aged 18 years or older is required to provide:

• original ID;
• original medical certificate*;
• accident insurance contract for an insurance amount of at least 100,000 rubles.

* A medical certificate and insurance are not required for the Wedding Race distance.

When receiving a starter pack by proxy, the participant's authorized representative must provide*:

• original ID;
• copy of the participant's ID;
• original medical certificate;
• original power of attorney in the name of the authorized person (EXAMPLE);
• accident insurance contract for an insurance amount of at least 100,000 rubles.

*The participant's start number for the L120 distance is not issued by proxy.

*When receiving a starter pack by proxy, it is impossible to change the distance.

When receiving a starter pack for a participant from 0 to 15 years old, the parent must provide:

• original parent's identity card;
• copy of the child's birth certificate or proof of kinship in the parent's passport;
• original permission from parents to participate in the race and the personal presence of one of the parents when receiving the starter pack (EXAMPLE).

When receiving a starter pack by proxy, the participant's authorized person is obliged to provide:

• original ID;
• copy of parent's ID;
• original power of attorney in the name of the authorized person;
• copy of child's birth certificate or proof of relationship in parent's passport;
• original permission from parents to participate in the race (EXAMPLE).

Medical certificate: 

• issued by an institution licensed to carry out medical activities;
• contains the seal of the medical institution, the signature and seal of the doctor, the date of issue, the full name of the participant;
• confirms that the participant has health groups 1 or 2, or is issued according to the form from Appendix No. 2 to the Order of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation dated October 23, 2020 N 1144n (as amended on September 26, 2023);
• the certificate must contain admission to run the distance for which the participant is registered.
• valid on the day of the race. The certificate is valid for the period specified in it, but not more than 1 year from the date of issue;
• the provided certificate is not returned upon receipt of the start number. A photocopy of a medical certificate is accepted only upon presentation of the original.

Awards are made from 1 3rd place for men and women in the absolute championship at each distance.

The participants who won prizes are awarded with valuable prizes and gifts.

Valuable prizes are additionally awarded to athletes who took 1-2-3 places in their Age groups:

All finishers and fit during the time limit, the participants of the Competition receive a finisher's medal at the finish line and prizes from the Organizing Committee of the Competition.

There is no direct train service to Gelendzhik. You can get there by train to Novorossiysk and from there take a taxi to Gelendzhik

You can buy a ticket to Sochi, Adler Airport and from there take a taxi to Gelendzhik, or use the services of Vodohod Express and get there by sea on a ship (address in Sochi: Marine Station, Voikova Street, Building 1, Pier No. 7)

You can also fly to Mineralnye Vody and get to Gelendzhik by bus or taxi

Auto
You can get from Moscow to Gelendzhik by car along the M4 highway. The distance will be about 1500 km
The distance from St. Petersburg to Gelendzhik will be about 2300 km

Mandatory and recommended equipment

Without mandatory equipment, the participant will not be allowed to start. The check will take place at the EXPO event (September 27-28, 2024). A random check will also take place before the start.

Mandatory equipment for participants in the L120, M70, E50 distances:

• Water- and windproof jacket with a hood;
• Long-sleeved T-shirt, or short-sleeved T-shirt and sleeves;
• Long tights, or tights ¾ and gaiters;
• Gloves (with long fingers);
• Headgear (hat or buff);
• Filled drinking system, with a volume of at least 1 liter;
• Food for 1000 kilocalories at the start (for L120 also after passing the drop-off point). Each food package must be marked with the participant's number;
• Mug or glass (included in the starter package). There WILL BE NO (!) disposable tableware at the food stations;
• Backpack or waist bag;
• Rescue blanket (included in the starter pack);
• First aid kit consisting of a bandage, elastic bandage, adhesive plaster in a roll, local hemostatic agent.
• Whistle;
• Phone, phone number of the organizers in the contact list (+79266803169);
• Any device that allows you to determine your coordinates (GPS device, watch, smartphone with a navigation program, etc.) with a loaded track of the distance. The participant must be able to determine their coordinates using this equipment. The track can be updated the day before the start, information about the track update will be posted on the official information channels of the race;
• A backup battery or power bank, if the track is downloaded to the phone;
• A headlamp (waterproof) with a set of batteries/accumulators that provide operation for the entire allotted time for the distance (L120 - 31 hours, M70 - 18 hours, E50 - 14 hours). A mobile phone with a flashlight is not a substitute for a waterproof headlamp;
• Starting number. Must be placed on the front of the belt, it is prohibited to cover the number with clothing, bend, or cut it.

Mandatory equipment for participants in the S30 and C15 distances:

• Filled drinking system, with a volume of at least 0.5 liters (for S30);
• Food. Each food package must be marked with the participant's number;
• Mug or glass (included in the starter package). There WILL BE NO (!) disposable tableware at the food stations;
• Phone, phone number of the organizers in the contact list (+79266803169);

Recommended equipment for participants of all distances:

• Trekking poles;
• Sunscreen.
• Sunglasses and/or cap/visor;
• Vaseline or other anti-chafing cream;
• "Second skin" patch (secondskin) or any other blisters patch;
• A sufficient supply of food and drink;
• A smartphone with a mobile application for navigation with downloaded maps and a track of the distance.

Mandatory equipment must be present throughout the distance.
