Participation in the event is open to the following participants:

• 50K and 20K - 18 years and older;
• Ladoga coast trail 3K - 15 years and older;
• Ladoga chaika 2K - 11 to 14 years old;
• Sovenok 1K - 0 to 10 years old - independently. 0 to 4 years old - independently or accompanied by a parent or person responsible for the child (legal representative).

The age of the participant is determined at the time of the actual date of the event - June 12-13, 2026.

Electronic registration of participants is carried out on the website www.goldenultra.ru in the participant's personal account from 12:00 on June 20, 2025, until 12:00 on May 10, 2026.

The registration fee is:

50K - 7,000 rubles.

20K - 5,000 rubles.

Ladoga coast trail 3K - 2,700 rubles.

Ladoga seagull 2K - 2,500 rubles.

Sovenok 1K - 2,500 rubles.

When registering for the Expo Event (June 12, 2026), the cost will be:

50K - 8000 rub.

20K - 6000 rub.

Ladoga coast trail 3K - 3000 rub.

Ladoga seagull 2K - 3000 rub.

Sovenok 1K - 3000 rub.

The registration fee for corporate companies is:

50K - 8400 rub.

Pensioners, large families, honorary donors of Russia, disabled people, veterans and combatants are provided with a 50% discount. To do this, you need to:

• Register in the participant's personal account on the website goldenultra.ru;
• Upload documents confirming the benefit.

The discount does not apply to the distances: Ladoga coast trail 3K, Ladoga seagull 2K, Sovenok 1K.

Re-registration

Re-registration to another person and change of distance are made in the participant's personal account before 12:00 on May 10, 2026. Re-registration and change of distance are carried out on a paid basis, the cost is 1000 rubles.

When changing the distance at the Expo Event (June 12, 2026), the cost will be 1000 rubles.

Qualification in the Elite

To qualify for the elite category, an athlete or his representative must:

• register in your personal account on the website goldenultra.ru
• upload supporting documents corresponding to the qualification

(the results of competitions held after January 1, 2024 are taken into account)

Qualification requirements:

• PI minimum 700 for men and 575 for women, in accordance with the ITRA index;
• winners and top 5 major Russian and international running competitions;
• absolute winners of all RHR starts.

Absolute winners of the CrazyOwl50 event in 2024-2025 and elite athletes with a PI of at least 700 for men and 575 for women, according to the ITRA index, are given a 100% discount. To do this, you need to:

• Register in your personal account on the goldenultra.ru website;
• Upload supporting documents that meet the qualifications.

The participant's starter pack includes:

• starter number with timing chip;
• sticker for storage locker;
• gifts from the organizing committee and partners of the event.

Attention! Starter packs will not be distributed after 20:00!

Participants' starter packs will be distributed in Moscow on the eve of the event. The date, time and address of issue will be published on the website www.goldenultra.ru.

Terms of receiving a starter pack

When receiving a starter pack, a participant aged 18 years or older is required to:

• original ID;
• original medical certificate*;
• accident insurance contract for an insurance amount of at least 300,000 rubles*.

* For the Ladoga coast trail 3К distance, a medical certificate and insurance are not required.

When receiving a starter pack by proxy, the participant's authorized representative is required to provide*:

• original ID identity;
• a copy of the participant's identity card;
• the original medical certificate;
• the original power of attorney in the name of the authorized person;
• an accident insurance contract for an insurance amount of at least 300,000 rubles.

*When receiving a starter pack by power of attorney, it is impossible to change the distance.

When receiving a starter pack for a participant from 15 to 18 years old, the following is required:

• the original identity card;
• the original permission from parents to participate in the race and the personal presence of one of the parents when receiving the starter pack.

When receiving a starter pack for a participant from 0 to 14 years old, the parent must provide:

• the original identity card parent;
• a copy of the child's birth certificate or proof of relationship in the parent's passport;
• the original permission from the parents to participate in the race and the personal presence of one of the parents upon receipt of the starter pack.

Medical certificate:

• issued by an institution licensed to carry out medical activities;
• contains the seal of the medical institution, the signature and seal of the doctor, the date of issue, the full name of the participant;
• confirms that the participant has health groups 1 or 2, or is issued according to the form from Appendix No. 2 to the Order of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation dated October 23, 2020 N 1144n (as amended on September 26, 2023);
• the certificate must contain admission to run the distance for which the person is registered participant.
• valid on the day of the race. The certificate is valid for the period specified in it, but not more than 1 year from the date of issue;
• the provided certificate is not returned upon receipt of the start number. A photocopy of the medical certificate is accepted only upon presentation of the original.

Transfer for participants and accompanying persons is provided on a paid basis. Transfers depart on schedule. Payment is collected in your personal account on the official website of the event goldenultra.ru. Registration for the transfer will open the day before the event. Travel time is about 2.5 hours.

Mandatory equipment for 50K distance participants

• Filled drinking system, with a capacity of at least 1 liter;
• Phone, phone number of the organizers in the contact list (+7-926-680-31-69);
• Whistle;
• Track loaded into a watch or phone;
• Food for 500 kilocalories at the start. Each food package must be marked with the participant's number;
• Headlamp (IPX2-IPX4 waterproof) with a spare set of batteries.

Mandatory equipment for 20K distance participants

• Headlamp (IPX2-IPX4 waterproof);
• Phone, organizers' phone number in the contact list (+7-926-680-31-69);
• Whistle;

Without mandatory equipment and a start number with a chip, the participant will not be allowed to start.

Mandatory equipment must be present throughout the entire distance.

Equipment check begins 2 hours before the start.

Equipment recommendations for 50K and 20K participants

• Food (for 20K participants). If the athlete takes food packages with him, they must be marked with the participant's number;
• Reflective element on clothing (front and back);
• Nordic walking poles are allowed;
• Drinking containers (mug or silicone cup);
• It is recommended to put on gaiters on your shoes to prevent stones or other debris from getting inside.

Awards are given from 1st to 3rd place for men and women in the absolute championship at each distance.
