The participant's starter pack includes:

Participant starter packs will be distributed at Expo 56.95419 35.25058 (Mirnovskoye Rural Settlement, Torzhok Municipal District, Tver Region).

Participant starter packs will be distributed in Moscow the day before the event. The date, time, and pickup address will be published on the website www.goldenultra.ru.

Conditions for Receiving a Starter Pack

To receive a starter pack, participants 18 years of age and older are required to provide:

• original identification document;
• original medical certificate;
• insurance policy*.

* For the Flight of the Swallow 3K distance, an insurance policy is not required.

When receiving a starter pack by proxy, the participant's authorized representative must provide*:

• original identification document;
• a copy of the identification document participant;
• original medical certificate of the participant;
• original power of attorney in the name of the authorized person;
• insurance contract.
  *When receiving a starter pack by proxy, the distance cannot be changed.

When receiving a starter pack, participants aged 15 to 17 years old are required to:

• original identification card;
• original parental permission to participate in the race and the personal presence of one of the parents upon receipt of the starter pack;
• original medical certificate.

When receiving a starter pack for a participant aged 0 to 14 years, the parent must provide:

• original identification card of the parent;
• a copy of the child's birth certificate or proof of relationship in the passport parent;
• original parental permission to participate in the race and the personal presence of one parent to receive the starter pack;
• original medical certificate.

Athletes are permitted to participate in the competition with accident and illness insurance. Insurance terms:

• minimum insured amount of 300,000 rubles;
• applies to the date(s) of the race;
• suitable for running/trail running;
• suitable for running/trail running competitions.

Medical certificate:

• issued by an institution licensed to carry out medical activities;
• contains the seal of the medical institution, the signature and seal of the physician, the date of issue, and the full name participant;
• contains a conclusion that the participant is permitted to participate in running/trail running events of the same or greater distance;
• must be completed using the form in Appendix No. 2 to Order No. 1144n of the Russian Ministry of Health dated October 23, 2020 (as amended on September 26, 2023) or confirm that the participant is in health group 1 or 2;
• valid on the day of the race. The certificate is valid for the period specified therein, but no more than 1 year from the date of issue;
• the provided certificate will not be returned upon receipt of the start number. A photocopy of the medical certificate will only be accepted upon presentation of the original.

Transfers are provided free of charge for participants. Transfers depart on schedule. Registration will open the day before the event.

The transfer will run along the following route: Torzhok - Train Station - Starting Area - Torzhok - Train Station.

1. Each food package must be labeled with the participant's number. Failure to label the package will result in a penalty of 30 minutes added to the final time.

2. Required contents of the first aid kit:

• Bandage not less than 10 cm x 5 m (>= 1 pc);
• Rolled adhesive bandage (>= 300 cm);
• Hemostatic sponge 50 x 50 mm (>= 2 pcs);
• Sterile wipes not less than 75 x 75 mm (>= 3 pcs);
• Personal medications (if (if necessary).

3. The track may be updated the day before the start; information about the track update will be posted on the official race information channels.

4. The organizers' phone number is in the contact list (+7 926 680 31 69).

5. Flashlight requirements:

• Minimum (IPX2): The flashlight will withstand light drizzle;
• Expected level (IPX4): The flashlight should operate reliably in heavy rain, snow, and high humidity conditions. You can safely get it wet and run with it in bad weather.

Recommended Equipment

• Reflective element on clothing (front and back);
• Nordic walking poles are permitted;
• Drinking containers (mug or silicone cup);
• It is recommended to wear gaiters over your shoes to prevent stones or other debris from getting inside.

** Refusal, ignoring inspection, failure to follow the referee's instructions, or unsportsmanlike behavior will result in disqualification!

Please note: items included in the mandatory equipment list are This is basic clothing that every trail runner should select according to their skills. This ensures better safety and efficiency.

At the finish line, the overall leaders may undergo a re-check of their mandatory equipment.

A participant may be disqualified

• failure to comply with the route conditions (lack of a track or deviation from the route markings by more than 100 m, resulting in a shortening of the route by 1 km or more);
• lack of mandatory equipment (except water and food);
• failure to comply with the judge's orders;
• unsportsmanlike behavior;
• in the event of disqualification of one of the overall leaders due to lack of Mandatory equipment, leadership passes to the next finisher, who also undergoes mandatory equipment inspection;
• if a participant hands over all or part of the mandatory equipment to another participant (the decision to disqualify is considered by the commission on a case-by-case basis).

Mandatory equipment must be present throughout the entire distance. A check for the athlete's mandatory equipment, appropriate for the distance, may be conducted on the course.

Awards are given to 1st through 3rd place men and women in the overall championship at each distance.

• 50K

1st place: 100,000 rubles and gifts

2nd place: 80,000 rubles and gifts

3rd place: 50,000 rubles and gifts

• 20K, Flight of the Swallow 3K, Blue Dragonfly 2K, Owlet 1K

Participants who take prize places will be awarded valuable prizes and gifts.

Athletes who take 1st, 2nd, and 3rd places in their age groups* will also be awarded valuable prizes:

• 18-29 years old;
• 30-39 years old;
• 40-49 years old;
• 50-59 years old;
• 60-69 years old;
• 70 and older;

* Except for the Flight of the Swallow 3K distance.

Each finisher The 50K and 20K distances receive official ITRA points. Successful finishers of the 50K distance are awarded 2 ITRA points, and those who complete the 20K distance are awarded 0 points.
