Location:

Expo, start, and finish for all participants: Park "White Well" (Petinskoye rural settlement, Khokholsky district, Voronezh region).

Participants allowed to participate in the event:

• 50K and 20K - 18 years old and older;
• CrazyOwl50 Motocross Track 3K - 15 years old and older;
• CrazyOwl50 2K - 11 to 14 years old (presence of parents optional);
• Sovenok 1K from 0 to 10 years old, independently or accompanied by a parent or a responsible person for the child (legal representative).

Participant's age is determined as of the actual date of the event - June 15-16, 2024.

Electronic registration of participants is open on the website www.goldenultra.ru from 12:00 June 17, 2023, until 12:00 May 10, 2024.

The registration fee is:

50K - 4500 rubles.
20K - 3000 rubles.
"CrazyOwl50 Motocross Track 3K" - 2000 rubles
"CrazyOwl50 2K" - 1500 rubles.
"Owlet 1K" - 1500 rubles.

Pensioners, families with many children, the disabled, veterans and combatants receive a 50% discount*. For this you need:

· To register on the official website of goldenultra.ru until the moment of payment;

· Send a notification to info@goldenultra.ru, attaching supporting documents.

* The discount does not apply to the distances "CrazyOwl50 Motocross Track 3K", "CrazyOwl50 2K" and "Owlet 1K".

The amount of the additional charitable registration fee is:

• 50К - 5000 rubles.
• 20К - 3500 rubles.
• CrazyOwl50 Motocross Track 3К- 2000 rubles.
• CrazyOwl50 2К - 1500 rubles.
• Совенок 1К - 1500 rubles.

Re-registration

Reregistration to another individual and changing the distance are done in the participant's personal account by 12:00 on May 19, 2024. Reregistration and distance change are subject to a fee of 500 rubles.

Elite Qualification

Registration of athletes in the elite category is carried out after passing the electronic registration until the moment of payment on the website www.goldenultra.ru.

To qualify for the elite category after electronic registration, an athlete or his representative must send an application to the email address info@goldenultra.ru before 12:00 May 10, 2024 and provide supporting documents corresponding to the qualification (the results of competitions held after January 1, 2022 are taken into account) :

· PI minimum 700 for men and 600 for women, in accordance with the ITRA index;

· Winners and top 5 Russian and international competitions;

Overall winners of previous years of all RHR starts

Absolute winners at the CrazyOwl50 event in the period 2022-2023 and the elite category of athletes with a PI of at least 700 for men and 600 for women, in accordance with the ITRA index, receive a 100% discount. For this you need:

· To register on the official website goldenultra.ru until the moment of payment;

· Send a notification to info@goldenultra.ru by attaching a link to the athlete's profile in ITRA.

The participant's starting package includes:

• starting number with a timing chip;
• sticker for the gear storage area (not available for the CrazyOwl50 Motocross Track 3K, CrazyOwl50 2K, and Sovenok 1K distances);
• gifts from the event organizers and partners.

The distribution of participants' starting packages will take place at the Expo in the territory of White Well Park (Petinskoye rural settlement, Khokholsky district, Voronezh region) on June 15, 2024, from 13:00 to 20:00.

Attention! Starting packages will not be distributed after 20:00!

The distribution of participants' starting packages will take place in Moscow at the store "SPLAV" (Leninsky Ave., 52, Leninsky Prospekt metro station) on June 10, 2024, from 11:00 to 20:00.

Starting packages for participants of the CrazyOwl50 Motocross Track 3K, CrazyOwl50 2K, and Sovenok 1K distances will not be distributed in Moscow.

Conditions for receiving the starter package

When receiving the starter package, participants who are at least 18 years old are required to provide:

- Original identification document;
- Original medical certificate*;
- Accident insurance contract covering a minimum amount of 100,000 rubles.

* A medical certificate is not required for the "CrazyOwl50 Motocross Track 3K" distance.

When receiving the starter package by proxy, the authorized person of the participant must provide:

- Original identification document;
- Copy of the participant's identification document;
- Original medical certificate;
- Original power of attorney in the name of the authorized person;
- Accident insurance contract covering a minimum amount of 100,000 rubles.

Participants aged 15 to 18 years old are required to provide:

- Original identification document;
- Original medical certificate;
- Accident insurance contract covering a minimum amount of 100,000 rubles;
- Original permission from parents to participate in the race, and the presence of one parent during the collection of the starter package. EXAMPLE

When receiving the starter package for participants aged 0 to 14 years old, the parent must provide:

- Original identification document of the parent;
- Copy of the child's birth certificate or proof of relationship in the parent's passport;
- Original permission from parents to participate in the race, and the presence of one parent during the collection of the starter package. EXAMPLE

Medical certificate:

- Issued by an institution licensed to provide medical services;
- Contains the seal of the medical institution, doctor's signature and stamp, date of issue, participant's full name;
- Confirms that the participant has health group 1 or 2, or is issued in accordance with Appendix No. 2 to the Order of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation dated October 23, 2020, No. 1144n (as amended on February 22, 2022);
- The certificate must authorize participation in the race distance for which the participant is registered;
- Valid on the race day. The certificate is valid for the specified period, but not more than 1 year from the date of issue;
- Once provided, the certificate is not returned when receiving the starting number. A photocopy of the medical certificate is accepted only when the original is presented.

If any document from points 10.1, 10.2, 10.3, and 10.4 is missing, the starter package will not be issued to the participant.

На автомобиле: Расстояние от Москвы до Мальской Долины по автодорогам – около 740 км, время в пути – не менее 8 часов.

Самолетом: Москва – Псков – Москва. В пути около 1 часа

Далее от Аэропорта города Псков на такси до Мальской Долины или нашим трансфером.

Автобусом:  Москва – Псков – Москва по автодорогам около 800 км, время в пути – не менее 10 часов.

Далее от Автостанции города Псков на такси до Мальской Долины или нашим трансфером.

Трансфер:  Будет осуществляться от ЖД Вокзала города Псков до Мальской Долины по расписанию. Продажа трансфера откроется за месяц до старта.

Required equipment for participants in the 50K distance

• Filled hydration system with a volume of at least 1 liter;
• Phone, organizer's phone number in contacts list (+7-926-680-31-69);
• Whistle;
• Track loaded on a watch or phone;
• 500 kcal of food at the start. Each food package must be marked with the participant's number;
• Headlamp (water protection IPX2-IPX4) with spare batteries.

Required equipment for participants in the 20K distance

• Headlamp (water protection IPX2-IPX4);
• Phone, organizer's phone number in contacts list (+7-926-680-31-69);
• Whistle;
• Food. Each food package must be marked with the participant's number.

Participants will not be allowed to start without the required equipment and race bib with a chip. 

The mandatory equipment must be carried throughout the entire distance.

Equipment check begins 2 hours before the start.

Equipment recommendations for participants of the 50K and 20K distances

• Reflective element on clothing (front and back); 
• The use of Nordic walking poles is allowed;
• Drinking containers (cup or silicone collapsible cup);
• It is recommended to wear gaiters over shoes to prevent stones or debris from getting inside.

Determining the winners and awarding

The determination of the winners and prize-winners of the Competition takes place upon arrival at the finish line in accordance with paragraph No. 165.24 (19.2 Book 2.1 of the IAAF Rules).
Rewarding is made from 1st to 3rd place for men and women in the absolute championship at each distance.

Participants who won prizes will be awarded with valuable prizes and gifts
Valuable prizes are additionally awarded to athletes who take 1-2-3 places in their age groups:
• 18-29 years;
• 30-39 years;
• 40-49 years;
• 50-59 years;
• 60 years and older;
Athletes who take 1-2-3 places in the Absolute and in the age group are not awarded with a valuable prize in the age group. All participants of the Competition who finish and meet the time limit receive a finisher's medal at the finish line and prizes from the Organizing Committee of the Competition.
At the distances "CrazyOwl50 Yamskaya Sloboda 2 km", "Sovenok 1K" the winners are awarded from 1st to 3rd place in the absolute championship.
