Conditions for receiving a starter pack

To receive a starter pack, participants aged 18 and over are required to provide the following:

• original identification document;
• original medical certificate;
• insurance policy*.

* Insurance is not required for the 3K Warm-up Run.

To receive a starter pack, participants aged 15 to 17 are required to provide the following:

• original identification document;
• original parental permission to participate in the race and the personal presence of one of the parents upon receiving the starter pack;
• original medical certificate Certificates.

When receiving a starter pack for a participant aged 0 to 14, a parent must provide:

• the parent's original ID;
• a copy of the child's birth certificate or proof of relationship in the parent's passport;
• the original parental permission to participate in the race and the personal presence of one of the parents upon receiving the starter pack;
• the original medical certificate.

Athletes are allowed to participate in the competition with an accident and illness insurance policy. Insurance Terms:

• insurance amount of at least 300,000 rubles;
• applies to the date(s) of the race;
• suitable for running/trail running;
• suitable for running/trail running competitions.

 

Medical Certificate:

• issued by an institution licensed to carry out medical activities;
• contains the seal of the medical institution, the signature and seal of the physician, the date of issue, and the full name participant;
• contains a conclusion that the participant is admitted to running/trail running events of the same or greater distance;
• must be completed using the form in Appendix No. 2 to Order No. 1144n of the Russian Ministry of Health dated October 23, 2020 (as amended on September 26, 2023) or confirm that the participant has health groups 1 or 2;
  ● valid on the day of the race. The certificate is valid for the period specified therein, but no more than 1 year from the date of issue;
• the provided certificate will not be returned upon receipt of the start number. A photocopy of the medical certificate will only be accepted upon presentation of the original.

Transfers are provided along the Volgograd-Nizhny Baskunchak-Volgograd route. Information will be provided three months prior to the start.

Mandatory Equipment

1. Each food package must be labeled with the participant's number.

2. The track may be updated the day before the start; information about the track update will be posted on the official race information channels.

3. The organizers' phone number is in the contact list (+7 926 680 31 69).

4. Mandatory first aid kit contents:

• A bandage at least 10 cm x 5 m (>= 1 pc);
• A self-adhesive bandage (>= 400 cm);
• Adhesive plaster Roll (>=300 cm);
• Hemostatic sponge 50x50 mm (>=2 pcs);
• Sterile wipes at least 75x75 mm (>=5 pcs);
• Personal medications (if necessary).

** Refusal, ignoring inspection, failure to follow the referee's instructions, or unsportsmanlike behavior will result in disqualification!

Please note: items included in the mandatory equipment list are This is basic clothing that every trail runner should select according to their skills. This ensures better safety and efficiency.

At the finish line, the overall leaders may undergo a re-check of their mandatory equipment.

A participant may be disqualified

• failure to comply with the route conditions (lack of a track or deviation from the route markings by more than 100 m, resulting in a shortening of the route by 1 km or more);
• lack of mandatory equipment (except water and food);
• failure to comply with the judge's orders;
• unsportsmanlike behavior;
• in the event of disqualification of one of the overall leaders due to lack of Mandatory equipment, leadership passes to the next finisher, who also undergoes mandatory equipment inspection;
• if a participant hands over all or part of the mandatory equipment to another participant (the decision to disqualify is considered by the commission on a case-by-case basis).

Mandatory equipment must be present throughout the entire distance. A check for the athlete's mandatory equipment, appropriate for the distance, may be conducted on the course.

Awards are given to 1st through 3rd place men and women in the absolute championship at each distance.

1st place - 60,000 rubles and gifts;

2nd place - 45,000 rubles and gifts;

3rd place - 30,000 rubles and gifts;

• S50

1st place - 40,000 rubles and gifts;

2nd place - 30,000 rubles and gifts;

3rd place - 20,000 rubles and gifts;

• S30

1st place - 20,000 rubles and Gifts;

2nd place - 15,000 rubles and gifts;

3rd place - 10,000 rubles and gifts;

• S15, Warm-up Run 3K, Gekko Race (3K), Gopher Fun Race (Gopher Fun Race)

Participants who take prizes will be awarded valuable prizes and gifts.

 

Athletes who take 1st, 2nd, and 3rd places in their age groups* will also receive valuable prizes:

• 18-29 years old;
• 30-39 years old;
• 40-49 years old;
• 50-59 years;
• 60-69 years;
• 70 and older;

*Except for the 3K Warm-up Run distance

 

Each finisher of the S70, S50, S30, and S15 distances receives official ITRA points.
